It’s that Tuesday again. The last one of the month, which means quiz night at The Blackfriars Tavern.
As usual, the pub is very nearly full — but we’ve had a last-minute cancellation, which means there’s one single table available tonight. If you’ve been meaning to come along and haven’t managed to book yet, now’s your chance. Message us if you’d like it.
The quiz gets going properly from 7:30pm. Friendly, relaxed, and just challenging enough to spark a gentle disagreement on the way home. Teams of up to 4 welcome.
As always, normal food service of pies and bowls of chips is suspended on quiz night, with last orders at 6pm. The courtyard will be open if the weather plays along.
